Some of my favorite Thanksgiving memories are simple ones: Mom cooking in the kitchen, the kids helping where they could, and everyone spending time together.
There was always something happening in the kitchen. The smell of a meal cooking, little hands eager to help, and the familiar sounds of family gathered nearby made the day feel special. Those moments are the ones I remember most.
Thanksgiving has always been about more than what’s on the table. It’s about making room for the people we love, sharing a laugh, and enjoying the time we have together.
