Choose a photo you love

Look for a clear, well-lit photo where the people or pets are easy to see. The original photo from your phone or camera is usually a better choice than a screenshot or a copy saved from social media.

Zoom in before submitting it. If faces already look blurry on your screen, that blur may also show in the print. A sharper photo gives us a better starting point.

Think about your personal touches

Would you like to include a name, a meaningful date, or a short message? Do you prefer a simple photo design or a decorative frame?

For example, a ring of flowers and leaves can give a family portrait a soft, personal finish. The word “Family” underneath adds meaning without taking attention away from the photo.
